Register for Spring Semester by August 15th! Rehearsals begin January 8th.

There are three groups affiliated with the Shoreline Singers Choral Program.

Youth Choir: Grades 3-8, rehearsing Wednesdays from 4:30-5:45 at the FCC Haddam.

Senior Choir: Grades 9-12, rehearsing Wednesdays from 6-7:15 at the FCC Haddam.

Adult Choir: 18 years old and up, rehearsing Wednesdays from 7:30-8:45 at FCC Haddam.

Shoreline Singers is a local choral program in Haddam, designed to further the musical education of students who love to sing and would like to learn more about music and singing in a non-competitive, supportive and cooperative atmosphere. There will be a strong emphasis on music literacy as well as vocal technique and choral singing. Musical selections will include pieces from the folk, popular, Broadway, classical, jazz and world music genres, just to name a few! There is no audition necessary for the group, and no experience necessary. We have one formal concert per semester, as well as community performances when the opportunity arises.

The Shoreline Singers are proud to be participating in this year's Relay for Life of HK! All three groups will perform before the opening ceremony, and we will once again have a team walking the track overnight as well. Last year our team raised over $3,300 for the American Cancer Society! We were honored to be a part of such a meaningful cause, and look forward doing it again this year (hopefully minus the rain!)

Choral Director Rebecca Degnan is an experienced and certified teacher who has taught full-time in the Haddam-Killingworth and Hamden, CT school districts. To learn more about Rebecca, click here.

Youth and Senior Choirs - Price per semester: $240/student (includes cost of materials and music). Sibling/family fee: $220 each.

Adult Choir: Price per semester: $210/member. Sibling/Family fee: $200 each.
